Our
Investor Awareness Program is designed to boost the visibility of your company among
our high-net-worth members and website visitors. |

A comprehensive Research Profile. We find that many accredited investors are interested in screening a
large number of investment opportunities in a time-efficient fashion, so we present
a bullet point summary of each company. We provide no earnings estimates,
unless management has published its own estimates, and we leave it to the
investors to develop their own stock ratings and price targets. Clients do
not have editorial rights but are encouraged to make suggestions. |

A large target audience. The audience
consists largely of wealth managers, high net worth individuals, investment
bankers and brokers, and family offices, as well as the investors our clients
themselves direct to their Profiles. |

Measurable Impact. During the three months following the emailing of the first 12
reports we emailed out, the average appreciation in stock price was 33%! [Past performance
is not an indication of future results.] In addition, each
Research Profile includes a first-time-visitor counter. This feature gives
clients the ability to view the reach of their Profile in real time. |

Cost effectiveness. The cost of the
Program is $15,000 (nonrefundable) for the first three-month period, payable
in advance, with no minimum commitment beyond the first three months. Companies
that sign up for subsequent three-month extensions receive a $5,000 discount.
The fee includes an introductory email to our members, display of your
Profile on our website, and updates to reflect your news announcements. If a
client engages in a stock offering other than under Rule 506(c), we suspend
service during the time of the offering and re-commence service when the
offering is completed. |
